God will not leave you in a place you are not meant to be. ![]() I tell my clients that if they feel uncomfortable, there is a reason. And, sometimes, it’s just a matter of tweaking what they’re already doing in a way that makes them happy – in a way that makes them feel like they’re finally following their heart. I have clients who come into my office and tell me they are very unhappy in their current jobs, and when I ask them if it’s their passion, their answer is usually no. They know when we are ready for that next big challenge, and they show us the way by directing our steps to a greater opportunity that awaits us by showing us we need to move forward and not stay complacent. Your spiritual team will make things seem out of balance so they can direct you on your soul’s journey. Sometimes, we need to feel uncomfortable or “off” just so that we can dig deeper into the situation. It might be that what you are pursuing needs to be expanded. You might even think it’s time to move on from what you’re currently doing altogether, but that might not be the case. We’re ready for something better than what we have been doing, and it’s time to move on. Usually, when we have feelings of being stuck, it’s a way for our spiritual team to let us know we are ready for something bigger. I have had this happen to me – and I’m sure many others who try to live a spiritual life – but something just seems off. It’s not unusual for these feelings of uncertainty to pop up out of the blue and hit us smack in the face. Thanks, ShirleyĭEAR SHIRLEY: We all go through seasons of life where we sometimes feel unsettled and even unhappy. I need something to push me out of this funk I’m in, but I don’t know what to do. I am stuck mostly in my career but also life in general. I should be happy, and I try to live a life of feeling grateful, but recently, I feel like I am stuck. DEAR BONNIE: I hope you can help me understand why I am feeling the way I am lately.
